Malaysia based independent musician Mugen Rao turned a household name in Tamil Nadu after being a part of the third season of the reality game show Bigg Boss which he also went on to win.
Now Mugen Rao is all set to make his debut in Kollywood as a hero with a new movie to be directed by Anjana Ali Khan who had debuted with Veppam starring Nani, Nithya Menen, Karthik Kumar and Bindu Madhavi.
Today, the first look of this movie has been released and this debut movie of Mugen Rao has been titled Vetri. Vetri will have cinematography by cameraman Rathnavelu, editing by Anthony and music scored by Nivas K Prasanna. Former Miss India, Anukreethy Vas will play the female lead in this movie, also starring Kishore. This movie is the first production venture of Shirdi Productions.
