Tamil actress/model Sanam Shetty has been earning attention in recent times after her boyfriend Tharshan entered the Bigg Boss house. After Vanitha accusing Sherin of having an affair with Tharshan, Sanam posted an emotional video, saying she didn't want to be a hurdle in his life anymore and that she always wished the best for him. Following this, a rumour has now surfaced and is doing the rounds on social media that Sanam Shetty's rumoured ex-boyfriend, actor Ajay, committed suicide in 2011 and that she might have been responsible for it.

Sanam and Ajay first met during the shoot of their movie, Ambuli, directed by Hari Shankar and Hareesh Narayan. Rumours suggest that even though Sanam and Ajay developed a liking towards each other initially, Sanam took a back step from the relationship, which allegedly upset Ajay. The articles read that Ajay ended up committing suicide after an altercation between the two of them. However, there is no proof as to why the actor took the extreme step. The reason is unknown and even Ajay's family do not know the exact cause. Bringing up something that happened almost 7 years ago and baselessly accusing Sanam of it seems really unfair to the actress.
