Comedy actor Karunaas who has teamed up with leading heroes such as Kamal, Ajith, Vijay, Suriya and Vikram has also starred in a few films as the hero which include 'Dindigul Sarathy' and 'Amasamudram Ambani'. After a long gap, he is once again playing the lead role in a new movie that went on floors today.

'Aadhaar' is the interesting title for the new movie which has Karunaas in the lead and 'Bigg Boss 2' title winner Riythvika is playing the female lead. The film directed by P.S. Ramnath of 'Ambasamudhram Ambani' and 'Thirunaal' fame has music by Srikanth Deva.

'Aadhaar' comprises of an impressive cast that includes Karunaas, Riythvika, Vathikuchi Dileepan, Manisha Yadav, 'Baahubali' Prabhakar and Arun Pandian. The film is produced by A.P. Ravi and is expected to be a quickie.
