Former Bigg Boss contestant to marry boyfriend in November

Actress Gauhar Khan, a former contestant and winner of Salman Khan’s popular TV reality show Bigg Boss 7, is reportedly all set to tie the knot with boyfriend Zaid Darbar next month.

A source close to the couple reportedly informed TOI that Gauhar’s siblings will be arriving in India next month for the wedding that has been scheduled to happen on November 22 in Mumbai. The event will apparently happen for two days in a private ceremony and will be attended by the couple’s family and their close friends. Reports of their relationship started doing the rounds when Gauhar and Zaid started sharing romantic posts with each other on Instagram earlier this year. On Gauhar’s birthday two months ago, Zaid had shared pictures from the celebration. He wrote, “So I guess it’s never too much blue with us! I wish I could type everything right here but I’d rather keep it small & express in front of you. You know what you mean to me G, happiest birthday Gau-ahar-jeous @gauaharkhan.”

Zaid’s father and popular music composer Ismail Darbar confirmed the same in an interview with the news agency last month. Zaid had apparently called his stepmother, Ismail’s wife Ayesha, to inform her of the relationship. Ismail had reportedly mentioned in the interview, “If Zaid and Gauahar get married, why won’t I give aashirwad to Gauahar? If Zaid wants to marry her, why would I object? Zaid is nearly 29, he knows what he’s doing. In fact, that’s exactly what Ayesha told him. She told him that if he’s happy we’re happy too, and he is old enough to decide what’s good for him.”
