Stage artiste Thamarai Selvi hit the limelight through her stint of 95 days on 'Bigg Boss 5' hosted by Kamal Haasan. She got evicted last week disappointing her supporters who thought she was competent enough compared to the others on the show.

Thamarai after exiting the reality show appeared on a live chat video with Iykki Berry in which she shared about her important moments on 'Bigg Boss 5'. She stated that she felt so sad to hear about Amir losing his mother at a young age that she fell sick and Akshara and Priyanka had to accompany her to a hospital for treatment.

Controversy has erupted after Thamarai's video went viral and netizens started questioning how the contestants can leave the 'Big Boss' to a hospital when the rule states that they will be treated inside the premises and can leave only on emergencies.

Thamarai's supporters are claiming that she is referring to the inhouse medical facility as a "Hospital". Others are not convinced and they feel that the show runners are taking viewers for a ride by allowing contestants to move out and back while showing to them that they are in house the full twenty four hours.

Already Thamarai has courted controversy by telling her husband when he visited the 'Bigg Boss 5' house that she is being taught how to fight with others on the show. This is too made netizens question the authenticity of what is going on inside the house. Anyways the show is on its way to a grand finale and we will have to wait and see who wins the title from here.
