We caught up for an exclusive with the dashing young Aarav the title winner of 'Bigg Boss' season one and now a hot hero in Kollywood. We posed many questions to Aarav including the love games in the 'Bigg Boss' house, his friendship with Simbu and above all the much talked about romance with Oviya. His replies are concise and told in the most friendly manner you will ever get to watch on video. Here are the excerpts of the interview

About Simbu...

"When I came out of 'Bigg Boss' one the first persons who welcomed me was Simbu and he invited me to his house where I went two weeks later. We are still in touch and even now without any ego of a senior actor he calls me home and plays the music he has composed for '90ML' and asks for my opinion. The most remarkable thing about STR is that he is highly dedicated to the work he is doing and aims for the best and he is multtalented and multitasks and will always be working on music, lyrics and at the same time watch 'Bigg Boss 2 Tamil' too.

When is Simbu likely to get married?

(Laughs) "When I asked him this question his answer is can you ask someone when he is going to die". "He is happy single and we dont want to spoil that by getting him married.

Your relationship with Snehan...

"Honestly I am not in touch with him on a regular basis and very rarely call him and talk to him. Only with a few we develop a bonding and he is not one of them in my case.

Do you believe in live in relationships?

"If the couple are ok with it am alright with that". "As far as I am concerned it is not possible for me to be in a live in relationship though it was written that Oviya and I are leading a life together in a house. That is not true and its a figment of the imagination of media people. My parents will slipper me if I do that and moreover in Tamil Nadu that is not possible and though we may agree with the westerners indulging in that we cannot adopt it widely for atleast the next thirty years or so.

Who would you date among Yashika, Janani, Aishwarya and Riythvika?

(Laughs) " Janani is a very old friend of mine so no question of dating and I dont know the other three personally so all are good.

Why do the 'Bigg Boss' relationships dont last outside such as Mahat-Yashika, Aishwarya-Shariq and ofcourse yourself and Oviya?

"Inside the house you feel very lonely and after a period of time when you are far away from parents, siblings and friends there is stress and you pine for someone to listen to you and understand you which is a basic human need. It is natural for two likeminded people to be attracted to each other but outside they get back to their old lives."
