Young heroines quit Movie Artistes Association in angry protest

The Kerala Association of Movie Artistes ( AMMA) is facing a major crisis as top Malayalm actresses Remya Nambesan, Rema Kalingal, Geethu Mohandas and Bhavana have quit protesting the re-instatement of superstar Dileep.  This is also huge setback for the Complete Actor Mohan Lal who has become the new President of the organization.

It may be recalled that Dileep is on bail after being arrested in connection with the abduction and sexual molestation of a front line actress.  The AMMA had dismissed Dileep from the association after pressure from the female brigade of the union.

But the first thing that Mohan Lal after assuming office did was reinstate his tainted colleague and news from Kerala is that more actresses will quit the union.
