There is positive trend in Kollywood with the young breed of filmmakers who dont see each other as rivals but bond together in a friendly manner. Recently we saw a photo of Atlee, Lokesh Kanagaraj and Nelson Dilipkumar shot by Thalapathy Vijay in a party that went viral and created a storm on the internet. It is worth mentioning that Atlee has directed three films of Vijay while Lokesh has helmed his 'Master' and Nelson is the architect of 'Beast'.

In the same vein on Lokesh Kanagaraj's birthday on March 14th, the making video of his 'Vikram' starring Kamal Haasan was released. Nelson Dilipkumar wrote on Twitter "Happiest birthday dearrr @Dir_Lokesh have a great year buddy looks intense and waiting to see it #vikram"

Lokesh replied "Thanx machi! Likewise! Beast update plz". Thalapathy Vijay fans who have been demanding update on his upcoming films have joined the 'Vikram' director and forcing Nelson to deliver the same. We will have to wait and see if Nelson will oblige Lokesh's birthday wish and give a mass update.

'Beast' is produced by Sun Pictures with Anirudh scoring the music and stars Thalapathy Vijay, Pooja Hegde, Aparna Das, Yogi Babu, Selvaraghavan, VTV Ganesh and Redin Kingsley.

'Vikram' on the other hand has music by Anirudh and is produced by Kamal Haasan who is also playing the lead with Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil as his antagonists.
