The blockbuster epic ‘Baahubali’, directed by S.S. Rajamouli, is set to be re-released as a single combined film, merging both parts into one. The first installment, ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’, debuted in 2015 and featured stars like Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah, Nassar, and Ramya Krishnan. Created on a massive budget of over ?180 crore, the film was released in multiple languages including Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam.

The film received widespread acclaim for its stunning visuals, storytelling, and grandeur, going on to earn around ?600 crore globally. It also became one of the highest-grossing dubbed films and won several awards, including National and Filmfare Awards.

The sequel, ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’, released in 2017, surpassed its predecessor in success, collecting over ?1,000 crore worldwide and gaining immense popularity across the globe.

Now, as the first part completes 10 years since its release, the production team is planning a special re-release. Instead of releasing the two parts separately, both will be combined and shown as one complete film. This special edition is expected to hit theatres in October.
