Arulnithi’s ‘Demonte Colony 2’: Cast and crew revealed in the arresting official announcement video!

‘Demonte Colony’ is one of the most brilliant horror pieces in Tamil cinema, which marked the directorial debut of Ajay Gnanamuthu. The maker announced a sequel to this film earlier this year with his associate taking over the directorial duties. But Ajay decided to direct Demonte Colony 2 himself later. 

Today, the makers launched a special video revealing the cast and crew to officially announce that the film went on the floors. As we reported earlier, actor Arulnithi will be reprising his role as the protagonist while the female lead Priya Bhavani Shankar is a new addition to the franchise. The sequel will have a Pan-Indian release in nearly five languages. 

The more than 2-minute-long promo opens with glimpses of the first part, which revolves around a haunted house according to an urban legend. The video reveals that Antti Jaaskelainen also will reprise his role from the initial film while Tsering Dorjee, Arunpandian, Muthukumar, Meenakshi Govindarajan, Sarjano Khalid, Archana R joins the star cast in part 2. 

Produced by Gnanamuthu Pattarai and White Nights Entertainment, the technical team includes Sam CS as the music composer, Harish Kannan and Deepak D Menon as the cinematographers, Kumaresh D as the editor, Ganesh as the stunt master and Ravi Pandi as the production designer.
