Isai Puyal AR Rahman's daughter Khatija married the audio engineer Riyasdeen Shaik Mohamed last month in Chennai. The lavish ceremony was graced by important celebrities and politicians. On Friday, Oscar Nayagan hosted a grand reception for the newlyweds in Chennai.

The latest is that Mozart of Madras took to his official Twitter page to formally thank the chief minister for gracing the event with his presence. ARR tweeted, "Our heartfelt thanks to the energetic Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu for making the occasion more special by coming with his spouse and daughter-in-law to greet the loving bride & groom!" (sic).
