Manikandan is a well-known actor, writer, and director in Tamil cinema. He bagged a couple of awards for his acting performance in the Suriya starrer 'Jai Bhim'. The latest is that Rockstar Anirudh has now revealed the exciting title and first look of his next film as the lead actor on social media.

Manikandan's new project is titled 'Good Night', helmed by debut director Vinayak Chandrasekaran. Meetha Raghunath plays the female lead beside Manikandan while Ramesh Tilak, director and actor Balaji Sakthivel, Bucks (a) Bhagwati Perumal, Rachel Rebecca and others have acted in pivotal roles. Sean Roldan is composing the musical score for Good Night.

The technical team includes Jayant Sethu Madhavan as the cinematographer, Bharath Vikraman as the editor and Srikanth Gopal as the art director. Touted to be a rom-com film, Good Night is jointly produced by Nazerath Pasilian, Magesh Raj Pasilian and Yuvaraj Ganesan under the banners - Million Dollar Studios and MRP Entertainment.

Good Night has completed filming and the post-production works are going in full swing. The first-look poster shows Manikandan sleeping in the middle while the secondary characters around him are annoyed by his snoring. Sharing the poster, Anirudh wrote that he watched the film's teaser recently and promised that the film is going to be super fun.

Speaking about the film, the director said, “The importance of family relationships has also been given place in this film which is being prepared focusing on snoring. We have made a funny and meaningful story about how one's snoring while sleeping affects others."
