Directed by Harish Shankar and produced by Dil Raju under “Sri Venkateswara Creations” production house, Duvvada Jaganndham stars Stylish star Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde as main leads with many other leading supporting artists like Tannikella Bharani and more.

The movie grossed over 75 Crores in just 3 days forth its release, which happens to be a massive record for the production house and the team of DJ as well. So, as a thank you note for the fans, the team of DJ organized a “Thank You” meet and the whole cast and crew attended the event.

The event began with Allu Arjun speaking about the movie saying

“Duvvada Jaganndham is a movie that the director and I worked really hard on. As soon as they came up to me with the script, I immediately said yes but the implementation and the formulations took time to convert a thought into the actual movie. Thanks to each and every single person who watched the movie and gave some output from the movie. Thanks to mega fans, Pooja Hegde, cast, technicians, and director and of course, the producer Dil Raju. This movie wouldn`t reach such a height if it weren`t for all these elements combined efforts. So thank you one and all”

“DJ is a team effort”

He adds” There was some sort of negativity surrounding the movie but I`m so positive that we can overcome that negativity together and I would like to conclude that DJ is not just a one-man show. It is a team effort. Thank you. ”

Then, Dil Raju spoke about the movie saying “I knew when we were still thinking about making DJ into a proper script and I have seen the director struggle for 21 months before finalizing the script. He wanted to give out the best and he always kept saying that he wanted to direct a mass entertainer with Allu Arjun in it. Now, his dream has come true.”

“We should all progress together to elevate the Telugu Movie Industry”

He continues “To have a movie be such a massive hit in just 3 days. That just speaks volumes about the movie. I`m pretty sure the movie will join the 100 Crores club in just another weekend. That just makes me proud.”

He adds “Some of the most renowned faces in Bollywood are learning from us. They take our movies as examples to bring out some massive content and gross such good numbers. We must be proud of this and we should all progress together to elevate the Telugu movie Industry” and concludes.

The director of the movie, Duvvada Jaganndham spoke about the movie saying

“When the movie was first released, I received a call from American audience (NRI). They said that the first half was good and the second half was not-so-good but the climax was good again. I got another call from Nellore and they said that the movie was an all-rounder. Now, by afternoon, the talk about the movie changed from the first show and I was just so happy to hear that. Everyone ended up loving the movie and the movie is now grossing what 75 crores in just 3 days! That is a massive record and I would love to thank each and every person who has contributed to the movie, somehow.”

He adds ”Since the NRI audience in the U.S loved the movie so much, we have decided to tour in the U.S as well as a thank you note for them too” concluded the director.

“So happy that people made this movie such a great success”

Rao Ramesh spoke about the movie saying “I love this movie. I am so happy that people made this movie such a great success and I would love to thank them all. Usually, when you`re working in a movie, you have to make sure that the expressions that you give blend well with the movie`s mood and director`s requirements but when you`re at a success meet, it`s hard to control what you feel. Right now I feel ecstatic about this.”
