Soori’s bull impresses at the Alanganallur Jallikattu – Deets

The world famous Alanganallur Jallikattu started today at 7 am in the Madurai district.  The Tamil Nadu Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Udayanidhi Stalin inaugurated the sport by waving the flag.  Popular comedian turned hero Soori was also present with Udhay and the TN finance minister P.T.R. Palanivel Thiagarajan watching the bullfighters and the bulls in action.

Interestingly Soori’s bull also participated in show and impressed the crowd gathered there with its agility in fending off many a bullfighter.  However at the second entry from the ‘Vaadivasal’ the majestic bull was finally tamed by a fighter who won a gold coin.

‘Viduthalai’, Soori’s first film as hero directed by Vetrimaaran and costarring Vijay Sethupathi is releasing in theaters on March 31st.  The sequel to the film will also come out later this year.  He is also one of the leads along with Nivin Pauly and Anjali in ‘Yezhu Kadal Ezhu Malai directed by Ram is also expected to release worldwide in the next few weeks.
