‘Akhanda’: Balakrishna’s film completes shoot

‘Akhanda’, starring Nandamuri Balakrishna, has been helmed by Boyapati Srinu. The news is that, on Tuesday, Dwaraka Creations revealed that the shoot of the big-ticket movie was wrapped up earlier today.

A song was shot at Annapurna Studios in the last schedule. Simultaneous with the shoot, post-production works have also been completed.

In their latest statement, the makers haven’t revealed the release date. The buzz is that ‘Akhanda’ will hit the screens whenever the ticket price issue is resolved in Andhra Pradesh to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy and Sridhar, the mass flick has the ‘Legend’ actor in a dual role. “He has played Aghora in one of the roles,” the makers said.

If Pragya Jaiswal is the female lead, Srikanth has a negative role. Besides, Jagapathi Babu is part of the cast. With music by S Thaman, its cinematography is by C Ram Prasad. Kotagiri Venkateshwara Rao has edited the movie.
