Actor Krishna Kumar has starred in a few Tamil films including Thala Ajith's 'Billa 2', Vikram's 'Deiva Thirumagal' and Thalapathy Vijay's 'Kavalan' apart from many Malayalam movies and teleserials. During his time as a Doordarshan news presenter, he fell in love with Sindhu a college girl and got married to her in 1994.

Krishna Kumar and Sindhu have four daughters Aahana, Diya, Ishani and Hansika and all of them are active on social media and each has a staggering 3 million-plus followers on Instagram. The eldest daughter Aahana is slowly establishing herself as a leading heroine in Malayalam cinema as well.

Krishna Kumar recently joined the BJP party and was immediately given a seat to contest from the Thiruvananthapuram constituency in the upcoming 2021 Kerala Legislative Assembly election.
