Ajith to Reunite with a Veteran Director for ‘AK 65’ After 15 Years!

Ajith Kumar is reportedly set to team up once again with a director he’s previously delivered blockbuster hits with—after nearly 15 years. This highly anticipated collaboration is expected to be his 65th film, tentatively referred to as AK 65. The project will begin after the completion of AK 64, which is currently being directed by Adhik Ravichandran and has already generated massive buzz in the industry.

The director in question made a notable mark with Ajith through iconic films like Kaathal Mannan, Amarkalam, and Attagasam, and last directed him in Asal (2010). The news of this reunion has sparked major excitement among Kollywood fans.

Reportedly, Ajith was highly impressed by the story pitched to him and assured the director, “I will definitely do your next film.” Following this, the filmmaker is now busy developing the screenplay for AK 65.
