Ajith joined director H Vinoth and producer Boney Kapoor for the third consecutive time in the action film 'Thunivu'. This movie and Thalapathy Vijay's Varisu are the hot talks of the film industry now because the veterans are clashing at the box office after 9 years on Pongal 2023.

While the grand audio launch of Thalapathy Vijay's Varisu is all set to happen today at Nehru Stadium in Chennai, Ajith fans are eagerly waiting for the pre-release event of Thunivu. According to the latest reports, the Thunivu makers have planned a lavish pre-release ceremony on January first week in Chennai. It is yet to be known if the Ultimate Star will be a part of it.

Sources tell us that director H Vinoth will attend the event along with his cast and crew. Thunivu is on track for the Pongal release and will hit the screens on 12 January 2023. The film also stars Manju Warrier, John Kokken, Veera, Samuthirakani, Mamathi Chari, Prem Kumar, Mahanadhi Shankar, and many others in important roles.

Many prominent Bigg Boss stars and Youtube actors will also be seen in key roles in the upcoming movie. Ghibran composed the musical score for Thunivu with cinematography by Nirav Shah, editing by Vijay Velukutty and stunts by Supreme Sundar.
