Ajith Kumar joined hands with the acclaimed director Magizh Thirumeni under the Lyca Productions banner for his 63rd film, ‘Vidaamuyarchi’, after a lot of confusion in the project. Though the official announcement was made several months ago, the film’s shooting hasn’t begun yet.
Reports broke out that the Vidaamuyarchi shoot will commence this month but there are no signs of it. Meanwhile, a hot buzz among the Tamil media is that the production house is planning to drop the Ajith Kumar starrer. However, we have no credibility to this news and another source says that the movie is still on and the pre-production works are going on.
It is speculated that the filming of Vidaamuyarchi will be started in the first week of September. There is no official word yet to support these claims. We have to wait for a heads-up from the movie team. Reportedly, Vidaamuyarchi was expected to have AK in dual roles with Trisha playing the female lead and Arjun & Arjun Das playing a negative role with music by Anirudh.
