Ajith Kumar’s Valimai official release date and runtime revealed! – Hot Update

Yesterday, we brought you the earth-shattering trailer of Ajith Kumar’s biggie ‘Valimai’ written and directed by the talented filmmaker H Vinoth. It carries huge inception as it has been 2 years since Ajith fans saw their idol on the big screens. Now, the film’s exact release date and runtime are revealed.

The latest hot news is that Valimai has completed the censor process and the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has issued a ‘U/A’ certificate. Ajith’s PRO Suresh Chandra took to Twitter to share the official poster with the release date. Valimai will hit the big screens worldwide on January 13th, 2022.

Suresh Chandra also posted the censor certificate of the movie that reveals the runtime as 2 hours 58 minutes & 35 seconds (178.35m). The story of Valimai is based on the battle between a South Indian cop and an International outlaw gang involved in drug trafficking set in the Madurai backdrop. Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored music for the film.

Nirav Shah handled the camera. Dhilip Subbarayan has choreographed the action scenes in the movie. The ensemble cast of Valimai includes Huma S Qureshi, Karthikeya, Bani, Sumithra, Achyunth Kumar, Yogi Babu, Raj Ayyappa, Pugazh and others. The massive budget action-thriller is produced by Zee Studios & Boney Kapoor’s Bayview Projects LLP.
