Ajith Kumar's most-talked-about action entertainer 'Thunivu' was released on the 11th of January as a Pongal treat to the fans. The movie became one of the highest grossers in the actor's filmography. It collected more than Rs. 200 crores worldwide.

It has been 25 days since the film's release and the fans celebrated the 25th day in a grand manner today. Meanwhile, the OTT release date of Thunivu was officially revealed today. The streaming giant, Netflix, announced that Thunivu will be available on the platform from February 8. The makers launched a dashing poster along with the update.

Thunivu is a bank heist thriller directed by H Vinoth and produced by Bayview Projects and Zee Studios. It also features Manju Warrier, Veera, Samuthirakani, Ajay, Bhagavathi Perumal, Mahanadhi Shankar, Dharshan, GM Sundar, John Kokken, Mohana Sundaram and others. Ghibran scored the music with visuals by Nirav Shah and stunts by Supreme Sundar.
