Mani Ratnam's next heroine confirmed

Kaatru Veliyidai` may have had a mixed reception at the box office and with the fans but the veteran director Mani Ratnam has obviously moved on to his next project and has reportedly finished the script and ready to shoot according to a Bollywood media.

The heroine of the new Mani Ratnam film is Aditi Rao Hydari who got praise for her portrayal in Kaatru Veliyidai`. The actress has gushed that Madras Talkies is like home to her and that she is excited to be repeated by the master storyteller. The hero, the rest of the cast and crew and title is expected to be revealed in the coming weeks.
