Adith Arun, formerly a theatre artist, shot to fame with ‘PSV Garuda Vega’ in 2017. The news is that the youngster has changed his screen-name. He will now call himself Thrigun henceforth. The screen-name comes into effect with his upcoming movie ‘Konda’, which has been written and directed by Ram Gopal Varma.
Seen in movies like ‘Tungabhadra’, ‘Dear Megha’ and ‘WWW’, Thrigun is known for picking challenging roles. He has urged everyone to henceforth refer to him as Thrigun.
A source says that Arun wanted to make his new name public ahead of the release of the theatrical trailer for ‘Konda’. The trailer will drop on January 26. The film tells the saga of Kona Murali and Konda Surekha. The latter is played by Irra Mor, who has previously acted under RGV’s direction.
‘Chikati Gadilo Chithakotudu’, his 2019 film, was a hit. ’11th Hour’, his web series headlined by Tamannaah Bhatia, has been streaming on AHA. ’24 Kisses’ and ‘Thagithe Thandana’ are among his other movies.
