Actress Sana Khan debuted in Tamil cinema as Simbu's heroine in 'Silambattam' and thereafter starred in many films as heroine including 'Thambikku Intha Ooru' and 'Payanam'. She later did films in Bollywood and also had a relationship with a choreographer Melvin Louis but broke up with him after he allegedly cheated her by having several affairs.

Sana Khan a few weeks back announced that she quit the sinful entertainment industry and wrote on social media ""I am at an important juncture in my life. For years, I have been living the Showbiz (Film Industry) life, and during this time I have been blessed with all kinds of fame, honour and wealth from my fans for which I am grateful to them. But, for the last few days, a thought has kept me occupied. I have been wondering, does one take birth only to earn wealth and fame for oneself? Isn't it a moral responsibility of humans to serve or support those who are helpless or needy? Shouldn't people think about what will happen to them in the after-life since one can die at any given time?"

It has now been revealed that Sana Khan got married suddenly to a Surat businessman Mufti Anas and a video of the couple cutting a cake has gone viral. Sana is seen wearing a white bridal dress while her hubby is dressed in traditional attire.
