Actress Pragathi made her debut in Tamil cinema in K.Bhagyaraj's hit movie 'Veetla Viseshanga' and has acted in several films in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam. She is currently into Television serials and has also acted in character roles on the big screen which include 'Aranmanai Kili' and 'Thaarai Thappattai'. Recently a video of Pragathi and son dancing to Thalapathy Vijay's 'Vaathi Coming' song wen viral.

Pragathi speaking in her recent video interaction with a Telugu channel has revealed that a famous senior Tollywood comedian misbehaved with her on sets. She stated without mentioning the name that the person had been nice to her for many years but on only a particular day on sets around 11 am he started speaking in double meaning and also misbehaved with her in a weird way.

Pragathi has explained that she just let it go at that time and then later took him aside to the caravan and asked him if she gave any wrong signals to him in body language or speech for him to think in the wrong sense. He had replied that she didn't and then Pragathi told him that keeping his good image and societal status she did not insult him in front of others and warned him. Tollywood media is abuzz as to who the famous senior comedian is.
