Poonam Kaur, an actress who has featured in Tamil movies such as “Nenjirukkum Varai,” “Unnaipol Oruvan,” “Payanam,” and “Veedi,” has also appeared in numerous Telugu films. Recently, she accused Telugu director Trivikram Srinivas on social media without directly naming him.
Months ago, Poonam claimed that a “popular director ruined the career of a Punjabi actress,” causing a big stir in the Telugu film industry. In her latest social media post, she mentioned that there has been no action or investigation conducted regarding the complaint she lodged against Trivikram Srinivas with the Telugu Actors Guild. She further alleged that the director, who impacted her life, health, and happiness, continues to receive support from leading film industry figures.
This controversy has resurfaced and sparked discussions once again. Meanwhile, addressing the issue, Telugu Actors Guild treasurer Sivabalaji clarified, “The guild has not received any official complaints from her. Such matters cannot be resolved by posting on social media.”
