Actress Divya returns to the cinema! but not as a heroine

Actress – politician Divya who is known for her role in the movie Polladhavan alongside Dhanush has announced her return to cinema after she decided to pursue a career in politics with the Congress party back in 2014. But this time, Ramya will be serving in the film industry as a producer.Ramya will be making her debut as a producer in the industry under her production house called AppleBox Studios, which makes theatrical as well as OTT films and web series. Under the production house, the actress is currently producing two films that are slated to be distributed by Karthik Gowda and Yogi G Raj of KRG Studios.

Divya took to social media to announce her new production house. She wrote, “The ‘sihi suddi’ most of you guessed right – I am going to be doing films again!! This time though I will also be producing through my boutique production house Apple Box Studios (sic).”

She added, “Apple Box Studios is currently on the threshold of producing two theatrical films, which will be distributed by KRG Studios. I’m very excited about both these projects. Apple Box Studios will also be tip-toeing into the OTT domain with films and web series (sic).”

She also thanked her fans for their constant support and wrote, “Thank you to the BEST FANS EVER. my family, friends, well-wishers and colleagues for your unwavering love and support.. Special shout-out to Vijay Kiragandur, Jayanna, Yogi G Raj and Karthik Gowda for their encouragement (sic).”
