Nayanthara who debuted as an actress in the Malayalam movie 'Manassinakkare' in 2003 has completed twenty years. She has starred in several blockbuster hits in all South Indian languages earning the tag of 'Lady Superstar'.

Earlier this year Nayan forayed into Bollywood with the rupees thousand crores blockbuster 'Jawan' directed by Atlee and costarring Shah Rukh Khan, Vijay Sethupathi and Deepika Padukone. Her next milestone is touching the magical 75th film for which the title and the glimpse video has just been unveiled.

'Lady Superstar 75' has been titled 'Annapoorani' with the tagline "The Goddess Of Food". The glimpse video shows that Nayan belongs to an orthodox Brahmin household and is studying business management. Her eyes convey that she has other things on her mind.

'Annapoorani' is directed by Nilesh Krishnaa who is debuting with this project with Thaman scoring the music and Sathyan Sooryan handling the camera. The Trident Arts, Naad Studios and Zee Studios coproduction has in the cast Nayanthara, Jai, Sathyaraj, Redin Kingsley, Achyuth Kumar, Suresh Chakravarthy, Renuka, K.S. Ravikumar and Karthik Kumar.
