Actress shocking idea to use prisoners as lab rats for coronavirus medicines testing

The race is in all countries to develop an effective vaccine or medicine to fight the deadly coronavirus that has brought the world to a standstill.  So far over 16 lakh people have been infected and death count is nearing 1 lakh.  Popular Saudi actress Maram Abdulaziz has given the suggestion that human prisoners should be used as lab rats to test the vaccines or medicines for the coronavirus.

Maram Abdulaziz has written on her Twitter in Arabic which translates roughly as “If it were up to me, I would not just imprison and waste food, drinking and rehabilitation for those arrested especially in cases related to security, I would turn them into a testing field for new medications even if the results were not guaranteed to punish them. Thus, the country would benefit from them. They should be used for testing instead of rats and monkeys that have done no harm to us,”.

Maram Abdulaziz post has shocked human rights activists who have criticized her on social media and some have even gone to the extent of comparing the 35  year old actress to Adolph Hitler.
