Actress Devayani and daughter’s latest pics go viral

Actress Devayani made her Tamil movie debut in 1994 with the Karthik-Raghuvaran-Revathi starrer ‘Thotta Sinungi’ directed by K.S. Adhiyaman.  She played an ultra glamourous role in the film and her subsequent films in Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil were also in the same vein.

However Devayani’s big break came in 1996 when she played the homely small town girl who falls in love with the hero played by Ajith Kumar only through letters.  The film changed the destiny of both the actors who made it big with Ajith going on to become one of the biggest superstars in history.

Devayani over the years played powerful female characters until 2001 when she fell in love with Rajakumaran who directed her ‘Vinukkum Manukkum’ costarring Vikram and Sarathkumar.  The couple has two daughters Iniya and Priyanka.  Devyani can soon be seen in the Telugu movie ‘Love Story’ that has Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi in the lead.

Meanwhile Devayani, Rajakumaran and their daughter have been spotted at a private function and the photos have gone viral.  Actresses Neepa, Divya and Mahalakshmi have also made their presence felt at the same venue.
