Actor Ranjith joins TTV Dinakaran!

Actor Ranjith, who has been known for playing supporting roles and villain roles in many movies like Ninaithen Vandhai, Sabhash, Paandavar Bhoomi, Natpukkaaga etc, had been the vice president of Paatali Makkal Katchi lead by Doctor Ramadoss and Anbumani Ramadoss.

The actor turned politician had yesterday quit the party after PMK had made an alliance with BJP and ADMK last week by signing the seat sharing alliance deal for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Prior to the actor, the party’s youth wing secretary Rajeshwari had also quit PMK and joined Kamal Haasan’s MNM.

Ranjith had said that, after opposing Salem- Chennai green corridor project and various other plans of ADMK government and now joining the same party for elections is a betrayal to people, and said that he cannot be with the party. Today the actor met Amma Makkal Munnetra Kazhagam leader TTV Dinakaran, and joined the party officially.
