The late actor Manivannan was considered one of the if not the most versatile director ever in Tamil cinema having made films of all genres including family drama, thriller, murder mystery, comedy and political satire. He then also made a big mark as an actor so much so that during the nineties rarely a film released without him playing the comedian, character artiste, or villain.

After Manivannan passed away in 2013 little was known about his family and now the photos of his son Raghuvanan has surfaced on the internet giving details. Raghuvanan who acted in a few films including 'Nagaraja Cholan MLA' married Abhi a Londoner in 2013 and has two sons Aadvik and Adityan.
