As we had reported earlier the 14th Chennai International Film Festival will be conducted by January 5 to 12, 2017.
Earlier it was announced that the festival will have 12 Tamil films screened under the competitive category. Now as a mark of homage for the former Chief Minister and yesteryear film heroine J.Jayalalitha, two more Tamil films have been added.
The organisers of CIFF have announced that Jayalalitha starrer 'Aayirathil Oruvan' and 'Adimai Penn' will be screened in the festival along with other Tamil films and a slew of international films.
