The Telangana government has announced that 6 people from the state, who had attended the religious meeting in Delhi have passed away after contracting Coronavirus. The CM’s office has also tweeted on contact tracing to find people who had attended the same meeting to avoid spread of the infection.

Further, the handle also revealed of steps to find other contacts who attended the same religious congregation with the tweet “Special teams under the District Collectors are identifying people who could be at risk of contracting #Coronavirus through contact and shifting them to the hospitals. @TelanganaHealth Dept requests those who attended the congregation at Markaz to voluntarily report at hospitals. @TelanganaHealth Dept appealed to people to inform Govt. the whereabouts of persons who attended the Markaz in New Delhi adding that it will conduct tests for them and provide free treatment. #Coronavirus.”
