A shocking detail has emerged that many persons infected with coronavirus in Tamil Nadu got it at one place after a visit to Delhi.  It has been revealed that early in March a Tablighi Jamaat conference in Nizamuddin, Delhi happened and 1500 persons from Tamil Nadu alone attended it apart from thousands from other states.

It is said that out of those persons 981 have been traced by the government officials and 16 have tested positive.  Orders have been passed for the others who attended the event and not in the government list to come forward and get tested to prevent them from spreading the deadly disease.

The 6 pm update on 30th March is that a total number of 1071 people have tested positive for coronavirus in India with 47 new cases and 2 new deaths in addition to the total 29 who lost their lives.
