Directed by Prashanth Pandiyaraj, Maaman is an emotional family drama headlined by Soori and Aishwarya Lekshmi. The narrative follows Inba (Soori), who shares an inseparable bond with his sister’s son, Laddu. But when his married life with Rekha (Aishwarya Lekshmi) begins to suffer due to Laddu’s growing interference, Inba finds himself torn between love and responsibility. How he balances both relationships forms the emotional core of the film.
The movie boasts a strong supporting cast including Rajkiran, Swasika, Baba Bhaskar, Master Prageeth Sivan, and Bala Saravanan. With a story penned by Soori himself and a screenplay crafted by Prashanth Pandiyaraj, the film combines heartfelt storytelling with relatable family dynamics.
