Yuvan Shankar Raja’s wife Zafroon on whether she forcefully converted him to Islam

Yuvan Shankar Raja like his dad the legendary Ilaryaraja has carved a niche for himself among music lovers and always elevated the films that he scores for with his inimitable music.  A few years back he got married to Zafroon Nizar and converted to Islam acquiring the name Abdul Khaliq and the couple have a baby girl Ziya.

On May 27th in an Instagram stories interaction Zafroon Nizar took up questions whether she forcefully converted Yuvan to Islam.  She revealed that the ace composer embraced the religion three years before she even met him and that since their minds are in the same frequency they are happy together.  She further added that Yuvan has found all the answers he seeks in the Quran and that’s why he prefers it over other languages.

To those persistent that she forced Yuvan the son of a Hindu spiritual follower Ilayaraja to Islam an annoyed Zafroon stated that she will one day bring her husband live and ask him why he chose the religion and get him to answer to those who she termed as ignorant.
