Young Tollywood Producer Passes Away in Dubai

Young Tollywood producer Kedar Selagamsetty, who is known for bankrolling Anand Devarakonda’s Gam Gam Ganesha, passed away in Dubai today. Reportedly, he died due to a cardiac arrest.

Kedar is a good friend of many prominent Telugu film celebrities like Allu Arjun, Vijay Deverakonda and Sukumar. Kedar was also supposed to produce a film in the combination of Vijay Deverakonda and Sukumar. He announced the film in 2022 but it didn’t hit the floors yet.

It was heard that Kedar gave an advance of Rs. 10 crores each for Vijay and Sukumar for this movie. Gam Gam Ganesha was released in 2024 and ended up as a disappointing outing at the box office. Kedar’s sudden demise came in as a shocker in the Telugu film industry.
