Actor Prasanna has been known for his unique and varied characters, and has been one actor who has never shied away from playing the antagonist as it was seen in movies like Anjaathey,Muran and Thiruttu Payalae 2. He had also turned a villain in Telugu with the 2017 flick Jawaan, and acted in supporting roles in movies like Pa Paandi and Thupparivalan.

Last seen in Kaalakoothu, Prasanna had hosted the reality game show Soppana Sundari recently, and is currently acting in a number of projects. Yesterday, photos of Prasanna, Laila, Karthik Kumar and director Priya went viral, as they caught up after a long time and shared moments from the meet.

Prasanna, Laila and Karthik were the leads in Priya's Tamil directorial debut Kanda Naal Mudhal(2005), and the movie was a successful romantic comedy. The movie had music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and was produced by actor Prakashraj. Sharing a click from the meet, Prasanna also revealed that there were discussions of a sequel too. It is to be seen if the season of sequels in Tamil cinema will get a new addition with Kanda Naal Mudhal 2 soon!
