What is Baahubali connect to Sharvari’s Munjya

Sharvari, one  of India’s  most promising young  actors, is set to dazzle audiences with her upcoming release, Munjya, a horror-comedy from Dinesh Vijan’s blockbuster universe. In this highly anticipated film, Sharvari shares screen space with the legendary actor Sathyaraj, renowned for his iconic role as Katappa in the Baahubali franchise. For Sharvari, a self-proclaimed fan of SS Rajamouli and Baahubali, working alongside Sathyaraj was a dream come true.

From the very first day of filming, Sharvari was in awe of Sathyaraj’s unwavering dedication and exceptional craft. She had the opportunity to learn from this veteran actor, who has been in the industry for decades.

“I’m a huge fan of Rajamouli sir’s work, and Baahubali is an epic cult blockbuster that I’ve watched multiple times,” Sharvari shares. “When I learned that Sathyaraj sir was part of Munjya, I was beyond thrilled. It was a surreal experience to be working with him.”

Sharvari was fascinated by Sathyaraj’s ability to deliver scenes with ease and panache. She observed and learned from him, gaining valuable insights into the art of acting. 

“Watching Sathyaraj sir on set was like attending an acting masterclass every day,” Sharvari reveals. “His versatility, patience, and sheer talent were inspiring. Whether it was a comic scene or  an  intense moment, Sathyaraj sir’s consistency  and  ease  brought every scene to life.”

This experience not only enriched Sharvari’s acting skills but also deepened her appreciation for the art of cinema. She hopes to collaborate with Sathyaraj again in the future.

“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have shared the screen with such a phenomenal actor,” Sharvari says. “I hope to have the chance to work with him again.”

Munjya, presented by Dinesh Vijan, has been directed by Aditya Sarpotdar and produced by Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik. The film is set to release theatrically in cinemas on June 7, 2024.
