Vijay Sethupathi’s Baththa is now available for streaming on Netflix, marking its digital arrival after a disappointing run at the box office. Directed by Balaji Tharaneetharan, the comedy-drama received appreciation for its content and performances, although it failed to make a strong impact commercially.
The film is streaming in multiple languages, including Telugu, allowing audiences beyond Tamil Nadu to watch it in their preferred language. Its OTT release offers the makers another opportunity to reach a wider audience.
The movie features Master Sai Prithviraj, Lijomol Jose, Baby Sahasra Shree, Santhy Balachandran, Hari Krishnan and Arjun Chidambaram in important roles.
Baththa was produced by Cine1 Studios, A for Apple Studios and Star Studio18, with Atlee backing the project under his A for Apple Studios banner. The music has been composed by Sai Abhyankkar.
With its digital debut, the film is now accessible to a broader audience, giving viewers a chance to discover the story and performances from the comfort of their homes.
