What if Charan had said no, Sukumar wonders

Speaking at the 100 days function of ‘Rangasthalam’, if Ram Charan praised Sukumar for conceiving the story and making the project possible, Sukumar credited his hero with being mainly responsible for the materialization of the entertainer.

“Had Ram Charan not okayed the story, I would have gone in for another story.  So, he is the main reason behind the project.  It’s because of him that the film came out so well,” the director said.

Sukumar, who will next direct Mahesh Babu, noted that his producers at Mythri Movie Makers have been telling him about the film’s success.  The star director described cinematographer Rathnavelu as his brother without “whom the visuals wouldn’t have come out that well”.  “Devi Sri Prasad is my soul.  He has given an extraordinary music,” the director said.
