Wax statue of Karnataka businessman’s dead wife is going viral

We have seen celebrities getting wax statues at museums.  From living legends to late actors, many have got them.  But here is the case of an ordinary woman getting a wax statue, a mind-blowingly real one at that!

A businessman named Srinivas Murthy from Karnataka’s Koppal lost his beloved wife Madhavi three years ago.  He wanted her to be ‘present’ at the house-warming ceremony of their new bungalow.  The businessman got a wax-silicone statue made so that he can experience his late wife’s ‘presence’.

Pics from the house-warming ceremony are going viral on social media ever since the media started reporting about the ceremony.  It’s a huge surprise that the statue is so true-to-life.  Whoever is the artist, he deserves kudos!
