VJ Rakshan enjoys an enviable female fan following ever since he came into the limelight hosting 'Kalakka Povathu Yaaru' on Vijay TV. His chemistry with Jacqueline was impeccable and he also used to make cameo appearances as an actor on the show and proved to be on par with the other participants in his impressive comic timing.

Rakshan was thought to be a bachelor by his fans but he shocked them by posting a throwback pic of himself with his wife that was shot ten years back. He also for the first time ever revealed that he is married and also has a child on the recent Valentine's Day special episode of 'Cooku With Comali' which he is hosting.

The surprising thing is that even Rakshan's close friends from various shows on Vijay TV were kept in the dark about his wife and child. It is said that he decided to open up to celebrate ten years of love with his wife.

Rakshan who made his debut in films with 'Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithal' for which he received praise and is also in talks for a few more films.
