Heartwarming story of brother saving sister from dog turns viral!

In a touching incident, a young boy has been celebrated by netizens who have hailed him as a hero for saving his little sister from a dog attack, and getting himself injured in the process.

The incident happened at Cheyenne, Wyoming, when six-year-old Bridger immediately got into action when he saw the dog get close to his sister and he got inbetween her and the dog to make sure she didn’t get hurt. Bridger was bit by the dog, but protected his sister and later ran away from the spot with his sister.

The boy’s aunt, Nikki Walker, has posted the incident on Instagram.Nikki posted “My nephew is a hero who saved his little sister from an attacking dog. He, himself, took on the attack so that the dog wouldn’t get his sister.” 

Reportedly, when Bridger was asked why he did it, he replied “If someone was going to die, I thought it should be me.” Bridger was immediately taken to hospital and had been discharged.
