Vikram’s Cobra censor reports out!

Vikram’s upcoming film Cobra has grabbed the attention of Kollywood fans. The film is directed by R. Ajay Gnanamuthu, who previously helmed Demonte Colony (2015) and Imaikkaa Nodigal (2018). As the film is all set to hit the silver screen the movie has cleared the censor and the reports are out.

Cobra has cleared the censor with U/A and will hit the theatre on August 31. The film features an ensemble cast with Vikram in the title role along with Srinidhi Shetty marking the debut in Tamil cinema, with Irfan Pathan, Miya George, Roshan Mathew, Sarjano Khalid, Padmapriya, Mohammad Ali Baig, Kaniha, Mirnalini Ravi, Meenakshi and K. S. Ravikumar in supporting roles.

Cobra marks the film debut of Indian Cricketer Pathan and also the Tamil film debuts of Shetty, Khalid and Mathew. The original score and soundtrack are composed by A. R. Rahman, with cinematography handled by Harish Kannan and edited by Bhuvan Srinivasan

On the other hand, Vikram is also gearing u for the release of Ponniyin Selvan alongside a star-studded cast. He has also confirmed that he will work with Ajay Gnanamuthu once again after completing an unnamed film with Pa Ranjith.
