‘DSP’ trailer: Vijay Sethupathi is back to the mass hero avatar!

Vijay Sethupathi is known for his versatility and he was seen in drama roles and villain roles this year. Now, the actor is back to his mass hero avatar with the upcoming commercial entertainer ‘DSP’. Produced by Stone Bench Films, the movie’s trailer debuted on the internet yesterday.

The more than 2-minute-long video opens by revealing Makkal Selvan as Vasco da Gama, the DSP. He was seen as a gutsy cop who often doesn’t abide by the rules. The trailer is packed with pakka mainstream elements while giving a glimpse of VJS’s showdown with the villain. Directed by Ponram, DSP will hit the screens on December 2.

Anukeerthy Vas plays Vijay Sethupathi’s pair in the film which also stars Prabhakar, Pugazh, Shivani, Ilavarasu, Gnanasammandhan, Deepa, Singampuli and others in pivotal roles. D Imman’s background score, Venkatesh S & Dinesh Krishnan’s frames and Vivek Harshan’s cuts make the trailer spicier.
