Vijay Sethupathi’s 50th film with a strong ‘Leo’ connection is official now

Vijay Sethupathi’s has touched the magical milestone of 50 films in his colorful career as a leading hero in Tamil cinema.  ‘VJS 50’ directed by Nithilan Swaminathan of ‘Kurangu Bommai’ fame went on floors a few months back and is now nearing completion.

A while ago it was officially announced that the production house The Route has joined hands with Passion Studios to bankroll ‘VJS 50’.  It is well known that the company is owned by Jagadish Palaniswamy who is co-producing Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Leo’ directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and producing ‘Revolver Rita’ starring Keerthy Suresh in the lead role.

The title look of ‘VJS 50’ will be unveiled on July 12th at 6pm and a video of the important moments in the career of the versatile actor has gone viral on the internet.  We already broke the news to you that the film is titled ‘Maharaja’ and costars Anurag Kashyap, Natty Natrajan, Muniskanth, Arul Doss and Boys Manikandan while Ajaneesh Loknath of ‘Kantara’ fame is composing the music.
