Vijay out of race, Ravi Teja to have field day on Oct 18

Tamil superstar's 'Adirindhi' ('Mersal' in Tamil) has been postponed by one day.  It will release on Oct 19th in Telugu. The Tamil version will be out on the 18th, though.

With the postponement, Mass Maharaja's 'Raja The Great' is set to have a field day on Day 1.

If 'Adirindhi' gets positive mouth talk, the mass entertainer could give 'RTG' a tough fight from Thursday.  The Vijay-Atlee film, also starring Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha, Nithya Menon and SJ Suryah, is produced in Telugu by Sharrath Marar, who is ensuring a wide release.  Written by K Vijayendra Prasad, it sees Vijay in three roles – that of a village head, a doctor and a magician.  Music is by AR Rahman.
