Vijay Deverakonda and a web series- What’s cooking?

Many biggies are slowly laying their path into the OTT platforms. While a few are coming forward to act in them, some are making sure that they produce some best ones.

This started happening much before the lockdown even started. Many members from the film fraternity are even in plans of starting some new OTTs. In the past four months, due to the lockdown, there has been tremendous growth in the number of subscribers to OTT platforms as theatres have been shut down.

In Telugu film industry as well, even actors like Chiranjeevi have come forward to do a web series and this inspired many others as well. As per the latest reports, Vijay Deverakonda is all set to produce a web series and make his debut into the OTT world.

The series will feature his brother Anand Deverakonda and will be directed by none other than Sandeep Vanga Reddy with who Vijay made Arjun Reddy. Sandeep was in plans of directing a film and has approached many biggies from the film industry. But looks like nothing worked out and maybe that’s the reason he might want to direct a web series. An official confirmation is awaited.
